October 2015 Dream

I had another powerful dream.

Let me start by giving the context of time and place in this dream. It was end times, there was heavy persecution of Christians and there was a group of us gathered together in a safe house, about 20 or so.

This house was a very large white farm house with windows that extended from the floor up two stories. Out these windows were wheat fields as far as the eye could see. (I'm a west coast girl myself, surrounded by mountains I've never actually seen wheat fields or prairies in person) Inside the downstairs was a very open concept and very sparse, I don't actually remember any furniture at all. There were high ceilings, about 1/2 the downstairs was high enough to be 2 floors, the other 1/2 did have an upstairs and you could see the railing to an upstairs hallway.

Everyday conveniences were no longer taken for granted. Things like access to electricity were sparse. You couldn't just plug your phone in to charge it, you needed to conserve as much as possible.Those of gathered in this home knew we were being supernaturally cared for.

I looked out the window and saw a twister heading towards the house. My i-phone had battery life on it so I grabbed it and told the others I was going to record this. I went over to the kitchen window that extended up 2 stories and the twister stopped there, hovering in place as I watched. I then saw this large funnel change before my eyes into an angel that stood close to 20 ft tall. It absolutely glowed this golden hue like nothing I have ever seen before. It was a warrior and had a sword and shield, It was dressed in battle gear wearing a breastplate and helmet.

At this point I could see 5 or 6 more twisters in the distance also coming our way. The angel declared that these were the judgements of God being unleashed upon the earth.

I am going to pause and interject here a little. My brother whom I have always been close with is currently walking away from God. He has justified his actions largely by twisting scripture. I won't go into details here about this but I want to note this because my brother was a part of this dream although I never saw him in it.

In my dream I understood that my brother was in this same house although he was upstairs and I did not see him. I also understood that when these angels bearing the judgements of God came, my brother would be in danger.

This was a call to prayer. All of us who were downstairs gathered in prayer. It was absolutely paramount that we provide prayer covering for our brothers and sisters in Christ that they return to Him immediately. it was with such urgency and fervency that we gathered all of us falling prostrate on the ground before our God. We also knew that much like the exodus all who were in Christ being cleansed by the blood of the Lamb would be spared.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ, pray. Pray for one another, pray for those who have strayed, pray for those who are lost. Just don't stop praying. Pray together, agree with one another in prayer. There is more power there than we realize. Pray for my brother and please share with me your requests and I will agree with you in prayer too.

The Day After...

Many were talking of September 23, 2015, and what it would bring. 

Some said there would be great earthquakes, others claimed there would be nuclear attacks on the United States. Still others claimed it would be the rapture. Everywhere I would turn I would hear people proclaiming the end of the world as we know it.

Today is September 24, 2015. I am still here and nothing of any significance had changed. 

Yes I did write about September as well. I did not proclaim anything specific, just pointed out the spiritual and historical significance of the blood moon tetrad as well as the word I received from The Lord (do not fear for I am with you, stand firm, pray without ceasing) 

The bible warns is to be aware of false prophets. It tells us many will come in His name and will deceive even the elect of that is possible. We must guard our hearts and minds against such things. 

The beautiful part of prophecy is that if it comes from God it will be verifiable through the living word of God. We are very clearly told only Father God knows when Christ's return will be. So any man proclaiming to know the day should be considered rather dubious. 

All of this and I don't want you to think I have so many answers. I think we need to be careful believing we know how things will happen. The Pharisees and Sadducees thought they knew what they were looking for in a messiah, they were looking for a warrior to overthrow the Romans, to free Israel. Being so focused on what they were sure they were looking for they missed Jesus. 

I look forward to the day Jesus comes again. Will there be a rapture where I meet Him in the sky? I don't know. Reading through Mathew 24, I see the elect being turned over. I see the for the sake of the elect days being shortened. I don't see them being raptured. I could be wrong, I hope I am wrong. But if in Gods infinite wisdom we are called to remain during the tribulation period than so be it. 

I have a dear friend who I was discussing this with. She brought up that the word rapture is gathering. Much like Noah's family was gathered and given Gods protection during the flood. Shadrak Meshak and Abendigo (ok I am quite sure I spelled the names wrong) were given Gods protection when in a fiery furnace but not spared the brutality itself. Daniel still was thrown into the lions den. She said she believes God will gather His church together and will provide for us. 

There is much to look at and study. For know go and read Mathew 7:15-20 to help discern false prophecy and teaching. Then go look up Deuteronomy 18:21-22 Mathew 24:24, 2Peter 2:1 and 1John 4:1.

FEAR NOT,STAND FIRM, PRAY WITHOUT CEASING

There is a lot of discussion about September 2015, Now only a week away. Is this the end of the world? I
doubt it. Does it point towards end times? I'm sure it does.

I don't think I need to write out another exhaustive list of things to take place in September, I'm sure by this point we have all been inundated with it. If by chance you would like a list here's one for you.

Mathew 24:42 reminds us "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come."

I was spending some time this morning pondering all of these things and I asked God, "what do you want me to know about this time." and the answer was clear. First and foremost, "Fear not for the Lord your God is with you." The second thing spoken was "Stand Firm"  and lastly but by no means least, "Pray without ceasing."

How many times does the bible tell us not to fear? 365. Yes 365 times. Once for every day of the year. Anything repeated more than once has got to be important so really this is an incredibly important element to remember. And you know it is so true. I don't need to be afraid and neither do you because guess what? We already know how this is going to end! I have the ultimate cheat notes on how thing are going to play out and you know what some of it is pretty down right scary stuff, BUT I don't need to be afraid because the Lord my God is with me and even more so He has a plan to prosper me and not to harm me, a plan to give me a hope and a future. That future just so happens to include eternity with Him.

The book of Ephesians jumps to mind when I hear stand firm although the term is used 15 times in scriptures. Ephesians 6:10-18 tells us

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

First lets note in verse 10 that we can be strong in the Lord, it is in His mighty power not in mine.

I think one of the reasons this passage jumps to mind so quickly is that we are talking about events that are leading into the end times revelations. This is a spiritual battle that is being waged, and we need to be prepared to stand on God's promises and fight on our knees. We need to prepare for spiritual battle by first preparing our hearts and minds. Meditate on Gods word and in all sincerity put on the full armor of God.

Verse 12: For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm. - These battles are won or lost on our knees with holy hands raised high.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I have been spending time in Mathew 24 and those words that many will turn from God in those days breaks my heart. To be running this race of endurance and to be so close to finishing only to give up moments before the finishing line... Stand Firm. You can do this. Pray without ceasing. Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ that the shield of Faith would be on them. Pray that we do not be deceived by the great deceiver but that we finish this race and that in the end we receive our great reward, to hear He who created us declare, "Well done good and faithful servant."
